١. من نحن وقبول الشروط1. Who we are and acceptance

يملك متجر parfam.net ويديره «مؤسسة قيادة التميز التجارية» (سجل تجاري 2050165778، الرقم الضريبي 302225120500003)، ويُشار إليها هنا بـ«المتجر» أو «نحن». باستخدامك الموقع أو إرسال طلب شراء فإنك تقرّ بأنك قرأت هذه الشروط وسياسة الخصوصية وسياسة الشحن وسياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع، وأنك توافق عليها. وإن لم توافق فيرجى عدم استخدام الموقع.The parfam.net store is owned and operated by Excellence Leadership Trading Establishment (Commercial Registration 2050165778, VAT No. 302225120500003), referred to as "the Store" or "we". By using the site or submitting an order you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Shipping Policy and the Returns & Exchange Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

٢. الأهلية2. Eligibility

يُقدَّم الطلب من شخص كامل الأهلية النظامية، أو بإذن وليّه. وتتحمل مسؤولية صحة البيانات التي تدخلها.Orders must be placed by a person with full legal capacity, or with the permission of their guardian. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.

٣. المنتجات والأسعار3. Products and prices

• الأسعار بالريال السعودي وتشمل ضريبة القيمة المضافة (15%) ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك.Prices are in Saudi riyals (SAR) and include 15% VAT unless stated otherwise.
• نحرص على دقة الصور والأوصاف، وقد يختلف لون العبوة أو الزجاجة قليلًا عن الصورة بسبب اختلاف شاشات العرض.We aim for accurate photos and descriptions; bottle or packaging colours may differ slightly from the screen.
• السعر المعتمد هو السعر المعروض وقت تأكيد الطلب، وقد تتغير الأسعار والعروض دون إشعار مسبق. العروض والخصومات لفترة محدودة أو حتى نفاد الكمية.The applicable price is the one shown when your order is confirmed. Prices and offers may change without notice and last for a limited time or while stock lasts.
• إذا ظهر خطأ واضح في السعر أو في توفر المنتج فسنتواصل معك لتعديل الطلب أو إلغائه، مع ردّ كامل المبلغ إن كنت قد دفعته.If there is an obvious pricing or availability error we will contact you to amend or cancel the order and refund any amount paid in full.

٤. الطلب وإبرام العقد4. Ordering and contract formation

• إرسال الطلب عبر الموقع هو طلب شراء وليس قبولًا نهائيًا؛ ويُبرم العقد عندما يؤكد المتجر طلبك (برسالة واتساب أو بريد إلكتروني أو اتصال) ويبدأ تجهيزه.Submitting an order is an offer to buy, not final acceptance. The contract is formed when the Store confirms your order (by WhatsApp, email or phone) and begins preparing it.
• يحق للمتجر رفض الطلب أو إلغاؤه عند عدم توفر المنتج، أو عند وجود بيانات غير صحيحة، أو عند الاشتباه في إساءة الاستخدام، مع ردّ أي مبلغ مدفوع.The Store may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, details are incorrect, or misuse is suspected, and will refund any amount paid.
• تأكد من صحة رقم الجوال والعنوان؛ فالتأخير أو التعذّر الناتج عن بيانات خاطئة لا يتحمله المتجر.Please make sure your mobile number and address are correct; delays caused by wrong details are not the Store’s responsibility.

٥. الدفع5. Payment

نؤكد معك طريقة الدفع المتاحة عند تأكيد الطلب. لا نجمع ولا نخزّن بيانات بطاقتك المصرفية على هذا الموقع. وعند توفر الدفع الإلكتروني يتم عبر مزوّد دفع مرخّص ويخضع لشروطه وسياسة خصوصيته.We confirm the available payment method with you when we confirm the order. We do not collect or store your payment card details on this site. Where online payment is offered it is processed by a licensed payment provider under its own terms and privacy policy.

٦. الشحن والتسليم6. Shipping and delivery

التوصيل خلال يومين داخل الدمام، ومن 3 إلى 5 أيام عمل خارجها. التفاصيل الكاملة في «سياسة الشحن والتوصيل».Delivery takes two days within Dammam and 3 to 5 working days elsewhere. Full details are in the Shipping & Delivery Policy.

٧. الاستبدال والاسترجاع7. Returns and exchange

العطور والمنتجات التجميلية لا تُسترجع ولا تُستبدل إلا في الحالات المنصوص عليها في «سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع»، ويجب التبليغ خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام. لا تُخلّ هذه السياسة بحقوقك المقررة نظامًا.Perfumes and cosmetics cannot be returned or exchanged except in the cases set out in the Returns & Exchange Policy, and you must notify us within 7 days of receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights.

٨. الإهداء8. Gifting

عند اختيار خيار الإهداء تُرسل رسالتك واسم المُهدى إليه إلى فريقنا ليُرفقا بالطلب، وتتحمل مسؤولية محتوى الرسالة. نحتفظ بحق عدم إدراج أي رسالة تخالف الأنظمة أو الآداب العامة أو قيم المجتمع، وسنتواصل معك لتعديلها.If you choose the gift option, your message and the recipient’s name are sent to our team to accompany the order, and you are responsible for the message content. We may decline to include any message that conflicts with the law, public morals or community values, and will contact you to amend it.

٩. سلامة الاستخدام9. Safe use

• العطور منتجات قابلة للاشتعال وتحتوي على كحول ومكونات عطرية قد تسبب حساسية لدى بعض الأشخاص.Perfumes are flammable, contain alcohol, and include fragrance ingredients that may cause sensitivity in some people.
• للاستعمال الخارجي فقط. تجنّب ملامسة العينين، وابتعد عن اللهب والحرارة، واحفظه بعيدًا عن متناول الأطفال.For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes, keep away from flame and heat, and keep out of reach of children.
• راجع المكونات المدوّنة على العبوة قبل الاستعمال، وأوقف الاستعمال واستشر الطبيب عند ظهور تهيّج.Check the ingredients printed on the packaging before use, and stop using the product and consult a doctor if irritation appears.

١٠. الملكية الفكرية10. Intellectual property

العلامة التجارية «برفام / PARFAM» وشعارها وتصميم الموقع وصوره ونصوصه ملك للمتجر أو مرخّصة له، ولا يجوز نسخها أو استخدامها تجاريًا دون إذن كتابي مسبق.The “Parfam / PARFAM” trademark, its logo, and the site’s design, images and text belong to or are licensed to the Store and may not be copied or used commercially without prior written permission.

١١. الاستخدام المقبول11. Acceptable use

يُمنع استخدام الموقع لأي غرض مخالف للأنظمة، أو محاولة اختراقه أو تعطيله، أو إدخال محتوى مسيء أو مخالف للآداب العامة.You may not use the site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to breach or disrupt it, or submit offensive content or content contrary to public morals.

١٢. حدود المسؤولية12. Limitation of liability

في الحدود التي تسمح بها الأنظمة، لا يتحمل المتجر أي أضرار غير مباشرة ناتجة عن استخدام الموقع أو انقطاعه. ولا يُخلّ ذلك بحقوقك بوصفك مستهلكًا.To the extent permitted by law, the Store is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of, or interruption to, the site. This does not affect your rights as a consumer.

١٣. النظام الواجب التطبيق والشكاوى13. Governing law and complaints

تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، ومنها نظام التجارة الإلكترونية ونظام حماية البيانات الشخصية. نسعى لحل أي شكوى ودّيًا عبر قنوات التواصل أدناه، وإن لم يتم ذلك فيحق لك التقدم بشكواك إلى وزارة التجارة أو الجهة القضائية المختصة في المملكة.These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the E-Commerce Law and the Personal Data Protection Law. We aim to resolve complaints amicably through the contact channels below; failing that, you may submit a complaint to the Ministry of Commerce or the competent judicial authority in the Kingdom.

١٤. التعديلات14. Changes

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط عند الحاجة، وتسري التعديلات من تاريخ نشرها على الموقع. استمرارك في الاستخدام بعد النشر يعني قبولك لها.We may update these Terms when needed; changes apply from the date they are posted. Continued use after posting means you accept them.
