مدة التوصيلDelivery times
- داخل الدمام: خلال يومين.Within Dammam: two days.
- خارج الدمام: من 3 إلى 5 أيام عمل.Outside Dammam: 3 to 5 working days.
- تبدأ المدة من تأكيد المتجر للطلب، وقد تطول في المواسم والإجازات الرسمية.The period starts when the Store confirms the order and may be longer during peak seasons and public holidays.
رسوم الشحنShipping fees
نؤكد لك رسوم الشحن (إن وُجدت) قبل الدفع عند تأكيد الطلب، بحسب مدينتك وحجم الطلب.We confirm any shipping fee before payment when we confirm your order, based on your city and order size.
عند الاستلامOn receipt
- تحقق من الطرد ومن مطابقة المنتجات لفاتورة الشراء قبل فتح السلفان (الغلاف الشفاف) الأصلي للمنتج.Check the parcel and compare the products with your invoice before opening the product’s original cellophane wrap.
- عند وجود تلف ظاهر في الطرد يُستحسن تصويره عند الاستلام وإبلاغنا فورًا.If the parcel is visibly damaged, photograph it on arrival and tell us immediately.
تأخر الشحنةDelayed shipments
إذا تأخر تسليم طلبك لشركة الشحن أكثر من 15 يومًا فسنبلغك، ولك الخيار بين الموافقة على التأخير أو إلغاء الطلب واسترداد المبلغ.If handing your order to the carrier is delayed by more than 15 days we will notify you, and you may choose to accept the delay or cancel the order and receive a refund.
بيانات التوصيلDelivery details
تأكد من دقة العنوان ورقم الجوال. إذا تعذّر التسليم بسبب بيانات خاطئة أو عدم الرد فقد تُضاف رسوم إعادة التوصيل.Please make sure your address and mobile number are accurate. If delivery fails because of wrong details or no response, a re-delivery fee may apply.
