٢. البيانات التي نجمعها2. Data we collect

• بيانات الطلب: الاسم، رقم الجوال، البريد الإلكتروني، المدينة والعنوان، المنتجات المطلوبة، وملاحظاتك.Order data: name, mobile number, email, city and address, items ordered, and your notes.
• بيانات الإهداء إن اخترتها: اسم المُهدى إليه ونص الرسالة.Gift data if you choose it: the recipient’s name and your message.
• مراسلاتك معنا عبر واتساب أو البريد الإلكتروني أو الهاتف.Your communications with us by WhatsApp, email or phone.
• بيانات تقنية محدودة محفوظة في متصفحك فقط: محتوى السلة واللغة المختارة (انظر البند ٩).Limited technical data stored only in your browser: cart contents and chosen language (see section 9).

٣. كيف نجمع بياناتك3. How we collect it

تُجمع البيانات منك مباشرة عندما تُدخلها في نموذج إتمام الطلب أو تراسلنا. ولا يرسل الموقع نموذج الطلب إلى خادم؛ بل يُنشئ رسالة طلب جاهزة تُرسلها أنت بنفسك إلينا عبر واتساب أو البريد الإلكتروني، ولا يصلنا الطلب إلا بعد إرسالك لها.Data is collected directly from you when you complete the checkout form or contact us. The site does not post the order form to a server; it prepares an order message that you send to us yourself via WhatsApp or email, and we receive the order only once you send it.

لا نبيع بياناتك. ولا نشاركها إلا بالقدر اللازم مع: شركات الشحن والتوصيل لتسليم طلبك، ومزوّدي الدفع المرخّصين إن توفر الدفع الإلكتروني، ومزوّدي الخدمات التقنية والاستضافة، والجهات الرسمية عند وجود التزام نظامي.We do not sell your data. We share it only as necessary with: shipping and delivery companies to deliver your order, licensed payment providers where online payment is offered, technical and hosting providers, and authorities where legally required.

٦. النقل خارج المملكة6. Transfers outside the Kingdom

قد تمرّ بعض البيانات عبر خدمات تعمل خارج المملكة، مثل واتساب والبريد الإلكتروني ومزوّدي الاستضافة، وذلك بحكم طبيعة هذه الخدمات. ونسعى لاستخدام مزوّدين يوفرون مستوى حماية مناسبًا وفق ما تتطلبه الأنظمة.Some data may pass through services operating outside the Kingdom, such as WhatsApp, email and hosting providers, by the nature of those services. We aim to use providers that offer an appropriate level of protection as the law requires.

نحتفظ ببياناتك للمدة اللازمة لتنفيذ طلبك وخدمتك، ولمدة أطول إن فرضت الأنظمة ذلك (كالفواتير والسجلات الضريبية)، ثم نتلفها أو نجعلها مجهولة الهوية.We keep your data for as long as needed to fulfil your order and serve you, and longer where the law requires it (such as invoices and tax records), after which we delete or anonymise it.

يستخدم الموقع التخزين المحلي في متصفحك لحفظ محتوى سلتك واللغة التي اخترتها فقط، ولا يُرسل إلينا. لا نستخدم ملفات ارتباط إعلانية أو أدوات تتبع تسويقية. وإذا أضفنا أدوات تحليل مستقبلًا فسنحدّث هذه السياسة ونطلب موافقتك عند اللزوم. يمكنك مسح هذه البيانات من إعدادات متصفحك.The site uses your browser’s local storage only to remember your cart and chosen language; it is not sent to us. We do not use advertising cookies or marketing trackers. If we add analytics tools in the future we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required. You can clear this data in your browser settings.

نتخذ إجراءات تقنية وتنظيمية معقولة لحماية بياناتك، ونقصر الاطلاع عليها على من يحتاجها لتنفيذ طلبك. ومع ذلك لا توجد وسيلة نقل أو تخزين إلكتروني آمنة بالكامل، فنرجو عدم إرسال أرقام البطاقات أو الرموز السرية عبر الرسائل.We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data and limit access to those who need it to fulfil your order. No electronic method is completely secure, so please never send card numbers or PINs in messages.

الموقع غير موجّه للأطفال دون السن النظامية، ولا نجمع عمدًا بيانات عنهم دون إذن وليّ الأمر.The site is not directed at children below the legal age, and we do not knowingly collect their data without a guardian’s permission.
